Many people regard failure as a blot upon their precious lives. No one wishes to loose or be a failure. The pains of failing are beyond your worst nightmares. When you learn that you have failed in something, you stand as a frozen statue of shock in an icy sea of sorrow and distress. But failing also has its own importance. No person yet has become great without some failure. Everyone has failed in his/her own way. No one has ever gained perfection without improving upon his/her short comings after failure. There are examples of great people for the same. It is nothing but loosing and failing that makes a person aware of what he lacks in and what moral and good values he must add to those empty spaces of his/her life. The famous saying "No one but coward dares to boast that he has never known fear" explains that we should never look things in negative ways because it disturbs the acceleration of positive progress. Mahatma Gandhi and the great Indian leaders failed so many times in their struggle for national freedom. They went on improving upon their mistakes and at last became successful. Now I have another story about it. A certain king in England was dethroned by his enemies. He Made shelters in the dense forest. He collected his supporters and organized a great army and fought. But he was defeated not once for six or seven times. Almost all his soldiers were killed. He too was very badly wounded, nearly killed. He was loosing his heart. One day he was sleeping in a grove under a bush with his body guards. There was a tiger near by. It was a panic for the moment. The tiger was fought dead by his brave soldiers. He was stirred by the honest bravery of his soldiers. After the day-meal he was looking at a small rock just in front of him. All of a sudden his eyes fell upon a spider. He observed it. It fell so May times to go up from the ground. When it goes up with its thread it cannot hold strongly and the spider falls down. But it would not leave the efforts. In the last attempt it went with its utmost difficulty, as if a hi-jumper with hair’s difference is breaking the previous records by establishing anew. At this the king smiled. He saluted the spider and called all his soldiers out there. When they assembled he addressed them with such enthusiastic words that they stirred in their hearts. So within a short course of time he organized a huge army, changed the tactic and gave an assault against the usurper of his throne .Victory came towards him. So failure is the source of success if it is taken as a lesson for further improvement and untiring efforts.

In fact, failure has an internal rhythm in any persons’ being. It has a sock in the psyche of every individual. How s/he takes it that depends upon her/ his temperament, environment, background and the association round. Any one, who takes it as a positive challenge, takes it as a success. The only thing is that s/he should consult with the elders or the teachers and friends to analyze it correctly based on the objective facts. Having made all the reviews of it then s/he should set to the task with all dedication. Hard efforts with honest dedication bring forth intelligence which creates skill. These are the keys to success after failure.
